Q: How do I add a new email account in IncrediMail?

In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Accounts
At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Click 'Add' (marked in red) to add a new email account
At this point, the 'Account Wizard' dialog opens. You can configure your email account settings either automatically or manually.
The 'Account Wizard' detects all email accounts configured in other email clients on your computer. You can select any or all of these email accounts and automatically import their settings into IncrediMail.

To automatically import your email account, please do the following:

  1. In the 'Account Wizard' dialog select 'Automatically import my email settings (recommended)' (marked in red) and click 'Next' (marked in blue)
Select the email account you wish to import and click 'Finish' (marked in red).

Select the email account you wish to import and click 'Finish' (marked in red).

Click 'OK' to close the 'Account Wizard' dialog and you can start using your newly configured email account.





Manually configuring the Email Account
If you do not have the email account configured elsewhere on your computer, you need to manually configure your email account settings in IncrediMail. To do so, please follow these steps:
  1. Enter your Display name (your name, as you would like it to appear to your email recipients) and your email address into the appropriate fields (marked in red), and click 'Next' (marked in blue).


2-If you are connected to the Internet, IncrediMail attempts to fill out the email account server settings automatically, as shown in the image below. If you are not connected to the Internet, either connect or click 'Skip' and enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers manually.

  1. Select your incoming mail server type, POP3 or IMAP (marked in red), enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers (marked in blue) and click'Next' (marked in green).
  2. Note: Your email server settings are provided by your email account provider.

    Note: IncrediMail does not support IMAP folders synchronization at the moment, however you can leave copies of messages on the server, this way incoming messages are downloaded to all your email accounts and computers.

4-Enter your email account username and password (supplied by your Internet Service Provider) (marked in red) and click 'Finish' (marked in blue).


    Note: If you are configuring an AOL email account, enter your Screen name and Password.

5-Click 'OK' to close the 'Account Wizard' dialog and you can start using your newly configured email account.

Problems After Installing Latest Upgrade

problem- I upgraded to the latest version this morning. Since then, I have an advertisement/button/link appearing on the left-hand side, whee all the mailboxes, etc., are listed, telling me to 'Speed up your computer.' I also have an ad alternating where the clock usually is, about getting a free gift from Incredimail's Facebook page, which is the 'new' skin ... which I got ages ago. When I click on the ad to remove it, I am then told I can remove ads by upgrading. The thing is, I've paid for Incredimail for the last several years, going back to v1, and I am not happy at all with this problem. I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but it hasn't fixed the issue. All my serial numbers appear when I click on Licenses link within the Help menu.

solution-Concerning the advertisement, please check if your IncrediMail Premium or IncrediMail Plus registration code is appearing in the 'Licenses' dialog from the 'Help' menu and also make sure the 'Show Advertisements' is not checked in the 'Help' menu.

You can try also to refresh your IncrediMail license simply by doing the following:

1. Remove it from the 'Help' menu under the 'Licenses' dialog
2. Close IncrediMail completely by right-clicking the tray icon near the computer clock and select ‘Exit’
3. Reopen IncrediMail and register your code again.
4. Close IncrediMail completely as described above once again and reopen IncrediMail to see if your privileges came back to normal use

Incredimail can not send Email

Please follow steps below and try to fix

First of all please check your POP3 or IMAP settings and confirm it with your email provider
to check the POP3 or IMAP Setings please go to menu at the top and then go to Tools ,you will see Email accounts option  under tools  there you can check and change settings
if settings are correct then please check if there is a message in outbox that is with incorrect email address then please correct the email address and try to re send

if you still face problems then please try to disable your security software and try to send
if you are able to send this time then there must be issue with the configurations of incredimail with security software..you need to contact security software provider or need to change your security software

Receiving multiple copies of same e-mail after upgrade

Please try these steps below:

Try to uninstall incredimail and install it again and see if that fix the problem
if not then try remove your email account from incredimail and add it again
you have to make sure there is no email in the outbox
if  problem still persist then try to check your incredimail if  by mistake you have two same accounts added
if yes then remove one  account and check the problem is fixed or not

IncrediMail Critical error ,Incredimail won't load!

First of all Try to uninstall incredimail and install it again

If that does not fix the problem then back up all your Incredimail data and remove Incredimail from registry  and uninstall it from control panel

Note:Be careful while removing registry of incredimail (incorrect steps may harm your computer)

You can back up your data from incredimail data and settings transfer wizard in the file menu at the top or
you can find the incredimail message store folder and Addresses in the c: drive

After you removed incredimail registry ,install incredimail again and see if its works

You can restore your data from  incredimail data and settings transfer wizard or you can restore your Addresses  and messages from  incredimail import message and import contacts option
